These terms apply to the EPOS website and to EPOS point-of-sale and business management software provided to businesses in Pakistan. By using our website or software, you agree to them.
EPOS provides POS systems, management systems and custom software. Features depend on the plan you choose (Silver, Platinum or Gold) and any custom scope agreed with you in writing.
Published list prices are: Silver — Rs 10,000 one-time setup plus Rs 5,500 per month; Platinum — Rs 15,000 one-time setup plus Rs 6,500 per month; Gold is quoted on requirements. Promotional discounts, including any "Discount for 1 Month" offer, apply only to the period stated in the offer (the first month) and standard list prices apply afterwards. Prices may change for future billing periods; we will tell existing customers before a change affects them.
One-time setup fees are due before or at setup, and monthly fees are due in advance for each month of service. If a monthly payment is missed, we may pause the service until it is settled.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter, for keeping staff login details safe, and for using the software lawfully in your business.
We provide phone and WhatsApp support for setup, training, fixes and updates as described in your plan. Custom features and major changes may be quoted separately.
The EPOS software and this website belong to EPOS. Your business data remains yours. Gold custom builds may include your own branding as agreed in the project scope.
We work to keep EPOS reliable and your data safe, and we will fix problems promptly. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the previous three months.
